What to Expect

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home.

On your first visit to our Northwest Tucson Chiropractic office I will take the time to listen to your concerns. After taking a health history, you will have a thorough chiropractic and postural exam. Bring shorts and a tee shirt with you for your digital posture print and muscle balance tests. Chiropractic X-rays will be taken if applicable and you will be set up for your second visit after I have a chance to study all test results.

On your second visit I will show you all the test results and chiropractic x-rays if any were taken. I will explain what is wrong, your options for care, how long it will take and how much it will cost.

Most patients exercise in the office prior to their treatment to warm up your muscles before Chiropractic care. this allows for a better treatment. After exercising I will evaluate your spine and posture and treat accordingly. Immediately afterwards you will do some form of decompression traction or Chiropractic posture correction traction to attempt to mold your spine and posture to as near to normal as possible.  As a Chiropractor my job is to help you help yourself.
